this lecture, you will first learn the 8 causes of weight gain and the 7 ways
to lose it to obtain the ideal weight for your body. You will discover why it
is so important to know when to eat, to keep a regular schedule, and what not
having your food balanced is doing to your body. Dave will teach you how to
start taking small steps towards greater health and healing.
an intimate, casual, and social environment, participants will help prepare the
main course of the meal, "Dad's Delicious Dumplings" (Power
Dumplings). These dumplings are based on the Five Tastes Theory and the first
step toward better health. This recipe has recently been enhanced with
"Patty Up" a local favorite created in the Lancaster County area. You
meal will be served with a freshly prepared Cucumber Salad, a Very Berry Crunch
(dessert), and a special blend of Dr. Chang's famous Long Life Tea enhanced
with Chrysanthemum Flower.
Attending guests will go home with an unforgettable experience,
and a greater knowledge of their own personal potential for better health.
Recipes will be provided for the items served.

Nelson "Viraj" Santini is a former resident of the Kripalu Yoga Center and past director of Bikram Yoga East-New York City. Between clinic and class, vegan style food will be available to all participants.

Viraj oers a unique perspective being both a Bikram Certified Senior instructor & Kripalu Certified Yoga instructor. He was the first to teach Bikram Style Yoga at the center in the 1980s, & at the request of Bikram Choudhury himself.
